World’s 4th largest smartphone maker Xiaomi launched their cheapest phone in India today – Redmi 4A for Rs 5,999. The smartphone will be up for sale starting March 23 on Amazon and company’s e-commerce platform Mi.com
Redmi 4A comes with and a 5-inch HD display in a polycarbonate body. The dual SIM phone is powered by a 1.4Ghz quad core Snapdragon 425 processor, 2GB RAM and comes in option of 16 or 32GB internal storage along with a 3,120mAh battery. Other features include microSD slot for storage expansion (up to 128GB supported), 4G, VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, IR port and FM radio. It has a 13MP primary camera with f2.2 aperture that is capable of full HD video recording and a 5MP front facing camera. ..
The smartphone will go on sale from 23-March at 12pm on Amazon india and mi.com/in. The device will be available in three colours – dark grey, gold and rose gold. The dark grey and gold variant will be available from 23rd March on Amazon and Mi.com/in. Rose gold variant will be exclusive on Mi.com/in and will be available from April 6th 2017.
